SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All our Products are created On Demand and Cut and Sewed by hand! This means once you order a product the printing process starts. We do need 2 to 3 weeks to make the product. 

We Work with some of the top designers and the best printers in the business to provide products that are fashion forward, unique, top quality and budget-friendly.   

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? 

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*When it's the high season/ peak demand for logistics/holiday/festival/disaster/strike/demonstration... it will be slower according to the incidents which we can not control.

PRODUCTION (TIMES):

Pl keep in mind that we order on demand. Therefore we take about 2- 3 weeks to create our product. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.  

Shipping Cost:

  • Standard shipping: $6.95 and will increase according to the weight.
  • Note: This is only for United States. Worldwide shipping rates vary.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated into the online system. If there is still no information on your tracking code within 5 days since you receive it, please contact us.
Note: This happens if there are any uncertainties.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. We will do our best to send your order in one package
